On Jul 12, 2018, Redsun Properties (1996.HK ) was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Huatai Financial was the Joint Sponsor, Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Book Runner for the deal, and recorded the fastest IPO project of property development companies in recent years (7 months from kick-off to listing).
