Huatai Financial Assists Wise Talent’s Listing on the HKEX Main Board

On Jun 29, 2018, Wise Talent Information Technology (6100.HK ) was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This IPO deal drew tremendous market attention from both retail and institutional investors. The institutional tranche was got multiple times over-subscribed with demand coming from more than 100 institutional investors, including European and American long funds and TMT funds (the top 20 investors ended up receiving 2/3 of the entire offering).

Huatai Financial was the Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Book Runner, Joint Lead Manager for the deal.
