Huatai Financial Assists ManpowerGroup Greater China LTD.’s Listing on the HKEX Main Board

On July 10, 2019, ManpowerGroup Greater China LTD. (2180.HK) was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Huatai Financial was the Sole Sponsor, Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager of the deal.

Huatai Financial was honored to serve ManpowerGroup’s first spin-off IPO project, and with the professionalism from both parties, it only took 9 months to complete the deal.
