Huatai Financial Assists FriendTimes’ Listing on the HKEX Main Board

On Oct 8, 2019, FriendTimes Inc.（6820.HK）was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

FriendTimes Inc. issued 330 million shares worldwide at an issue price of HK$1.52 per share, raising a total amount of HK$502 million (before the exercise of the over-allotment option).

Huatai Financial was the Joint Book Runner and Joint Lead Manager for the deal.
