Huatai Financial Assists Xinchengyue’s Listing on the HKEX Main Board

On Nov 7, 2018, Xinchengyue (1755.HK ) was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Huatai Financial’s outstanding performance was highly recognized by Xinchengyue, which helped Huatai International in successfully securing 66% underwriting commitment, an allocation portion far above those obtained by other JBRs in the deal.

Huatai Financial was the Sole Sponsor, Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner of the deal. Only 78 days were taken for successful A1 application - fully demonstrating supreme working efficiency and professionalism of Huatai Financial as the Sole Sponsor. The deal, which was another property management company without cornerstone investors, has created possibilities for great aftermarket liquidity and price performance for investors.

Xinchengyue’s issuance was completed under the fluctuated and suffering Hong Kong capital market environment, while during the marketing and book building stages, Huatai Financial has fully mobilized its resources and especially its extensive investor coverage and strong investor connection, helping Xingchengyue in realizing fully covered book since the second day of the book opening without price discount on the valuation of other market comparables with larger business scale and market cap.
